Non-Emergency Support (24/7)
Dial or Text 2-1-1 for support navigating community-based and provincial programs and services. The service provides an alternative to police enforcement, creating a community-based, client centred, trauma-informed, harm-reduction response to non-emergency concerns and crises. A Community Navigator will provide a referral to the right health and social programs or services based on their assessment of your needs. Available in 150+ languages.
Dial 8-1-1 or use the live chat for help with a variety of non-urgent health advice and health-related questions. This service helps you get connected to high-quality, accessible health care you or your loved ones need, but it does not replace your primary care provider.
