Relationship Psychotherapy
Relationship therapy is for any relationship, including couples, partners, family members, friends, and other relationship structures.
We have an eclectic and client-centred approach, which means that the therapy process and the types of therapy used is tailored towards clients' unique needs and preferences. In relational therapy, our therapists draw from modalities including Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Gottman Method Therapy. Our relational therapists are queer-identified or queer-allied, welcoming all 2SLGBTQIA+ identities and relationships.
Our therapists have experience supporting clients with relationship concerns such as:
-
Communication Challenges
-
Value Differences
-
Polyamory and Ethical Non-Monogamy
-
Parenting and Family Planning
-
Life Transitions
-
Uncoupling, Separation, and Divorce
-
Infidelity
-
Division of Labour
-
Boundaries
Please note that we do not work with relationships where violence and/or emotional abuse is present (individual therapy is best suited for these concerns).
The rate for relational/couple's therapy is $190/hour (HST Included).
