Relationship Psychotherapy
Relationship therapy involves working with a therapist in the goal of supporting your relationship with another person. We see a variety of relationship types and structures, including couples, ENM & polyamorous relationships, family members, chosen families, and platonic relationships.

Our relationship therapists have an eclectic and client-centred approach, which means that the therapy process is tailored towards your relationship's specific challenges and needs. We draw from modalities including Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Gottman Method Therapy.
Our team includes queer-identified and queer-allied therapists, with a commitment to affirming all 2SLGBTQIA+ identities and relationships.

Our therapists have experience supporting clients with relationship concerns such as:

-
Communication Challenges
-
Value Differences
-
Sex and Intimacy
-
Polyamory and Ethical Non-Monogamy
-
Parenting and Family Planning
-
Life Transitions
-
Uncoupling, Separation, and Divorce
-
Infidelity
-
Division of Labour
-
Boundaries

Please note that we do not work with relationships where violence and/or emotional abuse is present. In these cases, individual therapy is often a more appropriate and supportive space.

The hourly rate for relationship therapy is $190.
