Works with: Individuals (17+), Couples/Relationships

I strive to develop therapeutic relationships with clients that involve collaboration, curiosity, compassion, and humour. As an individual and relational psychotherapist, my work involves supporting clients navigate mental, emotional, and relational challenges, through cultivating deeper self-awareness, exploring new possibilities, and having conversations that hold space for their unique experiences.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I hold a Masters of Science in Couple & Family Therapy from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Biology from the University of Toronto.
I value being a therapist who shows up with transparency and authenticity about the identities that I hold. I'm a neurodivergent, queer, cisgender woman, and a second generation immigrant of the Iranian diaspora. I am a settler, living and working on the colonized, Indigenous land of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples.
I bring in a non-judgmental, anti-oppressive, and compassionate stance to therapy, to build a therapeutic relationship with you where you feel safe, connected, and supported in your journey towards change.
