A tool to help you identify your emotions

Having the accurate words to put to our emotional experiences helps us better understand our feelings, needs, and helps us communicate our emotions with others. Use the Feelings Wheel by identifying the general feeling in the centre and working your way outwards to identify the specific feelings you're experiencing. A reminder that you can feel multiple emotions at once!


The feelings wheel with core emotions of anger, fear, surprise, happiness, sadness, and disgust in the centre, leading to more detailed emotions.
