I strive to develop therapeutic relationships with clients that involve collaboration, curiosity, compassion, and humour. As an individual and relational psychotherapist, my work involves supporting clients navigate mental, emotional, and relational challenges, through cultivating deeper self-awareness, exploring new possibilities, and having conversations that hold space for their unique experiences.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I hold a Masters of Science in Couple & Family Therapy from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Biology & Physiology from the University of Toronto.

I practice from a relational, systemic, and anti-oppressive framework, centring the identities and lived experiences of the people I work with as the grounds to understand their unique story and guide our therapeutic work.

I am a neurodivergent, queer, cisgender woman, and a second generation immigrant of the Iranian diaspora. I live and work on the traditional territories of many Indigenous and First Nations Peoples, colonially referred to as Ontario.

  • Communication
